  89. This package contains DAZZLE Version 5.1a, by
  90. Worldwide MicroTronics, Inc.
  91.  
  92. This document contains only a brief description of the package and its
  93. features, along with instructions for its installation.  Quite detailed
  94. documentation is included in the package, but it is in archived form,
  95. and is more easily read after installation. The command DAZZLE /Z will
  96. create the DAZZLE.DOC User's Manual on your current drive (be sure to
  97. run the command on your hard disk where there is room for the file).

  99. DAZZLE is the 2D image engine subset from the best selling full retail
  100. RAZZLE DAZZLE 3D ultimate DOS & Windows multimedia screen saver. This
  101. manual (non-TSR) program has many of the same images and menus as, but
  102. not the self-starting drivers of, the retail version. Now the generally
  103. recognized defacto standard for self-directing computer art.

  105. There is much you can do with this program, it is rich in features and
  106. options. When you first run DAZZLE let your mind relax and plan on
  107. spending some time with it. What you are watching is totally unique,
  108. because whatever it does on the screen will not be repeated exactly for
  109. many MANY days of use. There are literally BILLIONS of images in the
  110. DAZZLE assortment. Every time you run it something totally new and
  111. wonderful happens on your screen. When you are ready to explore the
  112. spectrum of features offered by DAZZLE print out the DAZZLE.DOC User's
  113. Manual and enjoy mastering something the likes of which you have never
  114. seen.

  116. DAZZLE is a shareware program.  This evaluation version includes all
  117. features of the program, and is not crippled in any way.  You may use it
  118. for up to 15 days, without charge (see DAZZLE.DOC for more details).  If
  119. you like the program, and wish to continue its use after this evaluation
  120. period, you are required to pay for the program (see DAZZLE.DOC for more
  121. details or use the DAZZLE /$ command to get an order form).  Any fee you
  122. may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this
  123. evaluation version was a fee for their copying and distribution
  124. services, rather than a payment for continued use of the program.

  145. ===== Installation =====================================
  146.  
  147. The installation procedure for DAZZLE is quite simple. You will need
  148. about 180KB of available disk space on the hard drive on which you plan
  149. to install DAZZLE.
  150.  
  151. The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received
  152. DAZZLE.
  153.  
  154.  
  155. INSTALLING FROM DISKETTES
  156.  
  157. To install from diskette(s), you need to perform the following steps.
  158.  
  159.    o  Place DAZZLE distribution diskette "Disk 1" in the
  160.       appropriate diskette drive.
  161.  
  162.    o  Make a directory for the DAZZLE progam. A typical DOS session
  163.       would be as follows:
  164.  
  165.         C:
  166.         CD \
  167.         MKDIR DAZZLE
  168.         CD DAZZLE
  169.  
  170.       You have now made a directory, and have changed the default
  171.       location to that new directory.
  172.  
  173.    o  Execute the "PKUNZIP.EXE" or "UNZIP.EXE" program. If you do not
  174.       have either of these then contact the supplier of the diskette
  175.       for a current
